摘要
针对垃圾焚烧发电机组操作培训的需要,开发了垃圾焚烧发电机组仿真系统。基于一体化多学科仿真平台,对垃圾燃烧过程、传热、燃烧产物、烟气处理系统建立了高精度的仿真模型,同时开发了三维电气就地仿真系统,设计了操作票演练功能和自动考评功能,大大提高了仿真培训的效率。所开发的垃圾焚烧发电机组仿真系统已正式通过验收并投入运行,达到了预期效果,验证了垃圾焚烧仿真系统所采用技术与方法的正确性。
To meet the need of operation training of MSW(Municipal Solid Waste)incinerator in China,a simulation system of MSW generator unitis developed.In the integrated MSP),a high-fidelity simulation model is established for the MSW combustion process,heat transfer,combustion products and flue gas treatment system.At the same time,a 3D electric local operation system is developed.The Demonstrate and Excise function of operation tickets,and the automatic TrainingPerformanceReviewed system are developed,and the efficiency of simulation training are greatly improved.The simulation system of MSW incineration generator has been formally accepted and put into operation,and the expected effect is achieved,and the correctness of the technology and method used in the simulator is verified.
