摘要
目的:了解医院门诊患者药物的使用情况及处方合理性等状况,为医院规范处方管理与药物应用提供理论依据。方法:选取我院2013-方的1.69%。结论:通过加强门诊药物处方管理,优化流程,加强医患沟通可以较好的处方合格率。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the prevalence rate as well as drugs useed in the outpatient department patients.So as to provied theoretical basis for the reasonable use of drugs.Methods:By means of the computer processing combined with the manual investgation,the prescriptions within 2013-2014 in the outpatient department were taken for statistics.Results:Among the 27845 sheets of prescriptions investigated,there were 4718 prescriptions inappropriate with the utilization rate of the prescriptions of 1.69%.Conclusion:By strengthening the training and assessment,processing optimization and strengthening the communication between doctors and patients,the qualified rate of prescriptions could be improved.
