摘要
目的:建立测定肝补肾颗粒中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse SB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流线性关系(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为98.57%,RSD=1.67%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、结果准确性,可作肝补肾颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Ganbushen Granules by HPLC.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of the Agilent SB-C18(250mm × 4.6mm,5μm)and methanol-water((40∶60)as the mobile phase,The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detectivewavelength was 230nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The sample size of paeoniflorin within the range of 0.164 4- 0.986 6μg showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9991),the average recovery rate was97.8 %,RSD 1.67%.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,and can be used as the quality control method of the paeoniflorin in anbushen Granules.
