摘要
目的:探析人文关怀护理干预在门诊外科手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的168例门诊外科手术患者为研究资料,按不同的护理方式将其分为两组,每组84例。对照组给予手术室常规护理,观察组给予人文关怀护理干预,对比分析临床护理效果。结果:观察组的护理满意度为97.62%,优于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组的护理差错发生率、投诉事件发生率、护理缺陷发生率及负面情绪改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊外科手术中给予患者人文关怀护理干预可提高患者满意度,缓解患者的负面情绪,提高手术依从性。同时,还可降低护理过程中不良事件的发生率,减少医患矛盾,改善医患关系,值得推广和应用。
Objective:To discuss the value of apllication of humanistic concern in ambulatory surgery patients.Methods:Choosed 168 cases of ambulatory surgery patients to divide into study group and controlled group.The controlled group were treated with routine nursing,the study group were treated with humanistic concern nursing.Compared the clinical effect of these two group.Results:The satisfaction rate of study group was 97.62%,higher than 83.33% of controlled group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing error and complaints eents,the incidence of nursing defects and improve negative emotions of study group were all better than controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients with humanistic concern in ambulatory surgery patients can improve satisfaction rate and compliance to decrease adverse effects to extend in clinic.
