摘要
目的:探讨超声心动图和心电图联合诊断心衰的临床价值。方法:随机抽取心衰患者和同期健康体检者各46例进行研究,分别设为对照组和观察组,观察两组的各项检查指标。结果:两组的超声心动诊断指标和心电图诊断指标差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图和心电图联合诊断心衰可提高准确率。
Objective:to investigate the clinical value of echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of heart failure.Methods:randomly selected patients with heart failure and the same health check-up 46 cases study,were set as control group and observation group,observe two groups of each check index.Results∶two groups of ultrasonic echocardiography diagnosis index and electrocardiogram diagnosis index differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion∶echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of heart failure can improve the accuracy.
