摘要
目的:对胃大部切除术后患者的临床护理方法进行探讨,并观察护理效果。方法:选择30例于我院行胃大部切除术患者的临床资料,著低于对照组,且住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行胃大部切除术治疗的患者实施临床护理干预,可明显缓解患者术后疼痛,并缩短住院时间,值得推广。
Objective:To disuss the clinical effect and methods of nursing for subtotal gastrectomy patients.Methods:Choosed 30 cases of subtotal gastrectomy patients to divide into study group and controlled group with 15 cases.The study group were treated with nursing intervention,the controlled group were treated with traditional nursing.Results:The VAS scores of study group was lower than controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing for subtotal gastrectomy patients can relieve pain and short in-hospital time to extend in clinic.
