摘要
多重PCR技术是在常规PCR基础上发展起来的新技术,具有高效、快捷、高度特异、敏感等优势,是一项实用性很强的技术方法。本文简要论述了多重PCR技术的原理及其在食品检测中的应用。
Multiplex PCR with high efficiency,fastness,high specificity,sensitivity and other advantages is a very practical strong technology method.The use and application in food detection of multiplex PCR was discussed in details in this paper.
