HIS系统在医院药房管理中的应用优势

目的:通过分析广汉市骨科医院HIS系统使用前后药房管理中问题的发生情况,分析HIS系统在医院药房管理中应用优势。方HIS系统使用前18个月共发生管理问题69例,其中主要问题是书写处方不规范,所占比例为27.5%、用药超出医保范围30.4%、退回药品处理不及时17.4%;HIS系统使用后18个月中药房管理共发生问题6例。结论:HIS系统的使用能有效降低药房管理中问题的发生频率。

Objective:through the analysis of guanghan orthopaedic hospital HIS system before and after using the pharmacy management and the problems in the analysis of HIS system in hospital pharmacy management application advantages.Methods:in our hospital and the 18 months before and after the HIS system using TCM pharmacy management of summary analysis,comparative analysis of HIS system put into use before and after the change of pharmacy management issues.Results:18months before the HIS system using a total of 69 cases of management problem,the main problem is to write a prescription is not standard,the proportion of 27.5% 30.4% coverage,medication beyond 17.4%,returned to the drug treatment is not timely;HIS system a total of 18 months after using TCM pharmacy management question 6.Conclusion:the use of HIS system can effectively reduce the frequency of pharmacy management problem.
