摘要
目的:建立玉真散胶囊中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(64︰36)为流动相;检测波长为300nm。结果:欧前胡素的线性范围为0.038~0.76μg,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.3%;RSD=0.91(n=9)。结论:本法简便,重现性好,可用于玉真散胶囊的质量控制。
AIM:To establish the Determination of Imperatorin in Yuzhensan Capsule.METHODS:HPLC was used and methanol-water(64︰36)mixture as a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 300 nm.RESULTS:Imperatorin showed a good linear relationship at a ranger of 0.038μg^0.76μg,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 99.3%,and RSD was 0.91%(n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yuzhensan Capsule.
