注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眼周皮肤松弛的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Botulinum Toxin Type A Injection Combined with Blepharoplasty in Treatment of Periocular Skin Relaxation

目的:探讨注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眼周皮肤松弛的临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月至2018年4月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的眼周皮肤松弛患者90例进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采用眼袋整形术治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用注射用A型肉毒毒素治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:治疗后,观察组患者鱼尾纹减轻、皮肤光泽增强及眼袋减轻的发生率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者的不良反应发生率分别为15.56%(7/45)、11.11%(5/45),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眼周皮肤松弛的效果较好,不良反应较少。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with blepharoplasty in treatment of periocular skin relaxation.METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on data of 90 patients with periocular skin relaxation admitted into Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from Apr.2015 to Apr.2018 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via different treatment regimen,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with blepharoplasty,while the observation group additionally received botulinum toxin type A injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.RESULTS:After treatment,the incidence of crow's feet reduction,skin gloss enhancement and pouch reduction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and the control group were 15.56%(7/45)and 11.11%(5/45),respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The effects of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with blepharoplasty in treatment of Periocular skin relaxation is significant,with fewer adverse drug reactions.
