Nursing in long-distance transport of premature infants

目的提高早产儿长途转运中的安全稳定。方法整理483例早产儿长途转运病例,对早产儿进行转运前期准备、转运过程中护理和转运后护理经验进行总结。结果在积极转运救护下,483例早产儿均安全顺利转院。结论精湛的医疗技术,同时针对危重早产儿易发生低体温、呼吸暂停、低血糖、颅内出血、寒冷损伤等特点,备好转运设备,转运前认真评估及转运中有效地护理是危重早产儿转运成功的关键。

Objective To improve the safety and stability of long-distance transport in premature infants. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, a total of 483 cases of long-distance transport of preterm infants were collected. Preterm infants were summarized in the pre-transmission preparation, nursing care during transit, and post-transport nursing experience. Results Under active transshipment and rescue, 483 premature infants were safely transferred to hospital. Conclusion The superb medical technology,meanwhile, is suitable for the occurrence of hypothermia, apnea, hypoglycemia, intracranial hemorrhage, and cold injury in critical preterm infants. The transfer equipment is ready. Careful evaluation before transshipment and effective nursing during transshipment are critically preterm infant transfusions. the key to success.
