75种常见饮料食品添加剂的调查研究

为统计分析市面上常见饮料中食品添加剂的使用情况,本次调查从超市随机抽取了75种饮料,按照国家标准将其分为六大类,利用Excel归纳统计其配料表中标注的食品添加剂种类,并做了初步的数值分析。其中编号14.07特殊用途饮料中发现2款产品中各有一种着色剂超出国家标准使用范围,其余饮料中的食品添加剂使用范围均在安全范围内。统计结果表明,目前市面上正规超市出售的各类饮料中食品添加剂使用范围情况较为规范,能够达到国家标准要求,但是使用中仍存在漏洞,需要进一步规范管理。

In order to analyze the use of food additives in common beverages on the market,75 kinds of beverages were randomly selected from supermarkets, which were divided into six categories according to national standards, and the kinds of food additives labeled in their ingredient tables were summarized and counted by Excel, and preliminary numerical analysis was made. Among them,14.07 special-purpose beverages were found to have one colorant in each of the two products exceeding the scope of use of the national standard, while the other beverages contained food additives within the scope of safety. Statistical results show that the use range of food additives in beverages sold in regular supermarkets is relatively standardized, which can meet the requirements of national standards, but there are still loopholes in use, which need further standardized management.
