去乙酰毛花苷注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗二尖瓣狭窄合并急性肺水肿及心房颤动疗效分析

摘要 目的分析去乙酰毛花苷注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗二尖瓣狭窄合并急性肺水肿及心房颤动疗效。方法选取我院79例二尖瓣狭窄合并急性肺水肿及心房颤动患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和实验组(n=40)。对照组给予去乙酰毛花苷注射液,实验组在其基础上给予酒石酸美托洛尔,治疗1个月。观察两组心率变化、肺水肿改善时间及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,治疗后30min、60min实验组心率较低(P <0.05);与对照组比较,实验组肺水肿改善时间较短(P <0.05);实验组呕吐、下腹痛、恶心等不良反应发生率与对照组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论去乙酰毛花苷注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗二尖瓣狭窄合并急性肺水肿及心房颤动,可控制心率,改善肺水肿,且安全性较高。
