脊柱微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing care of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by minimally invasive spinal surgery

目的探究脊柱微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察及护理。方法选择我院于2016年5月～2017年7月期间收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,80例患者依据随机数字表方法均分为观察和对照两组,每组40例。对照组予以开放性手术治疗和基础护理,观察组予以脊柱微创手术治疗和护理干预。结果两组患者并发症发生率分别为5%和20%,此外观察组切口大小、出血量、住院时间、手术时间以及VAS分数均低于对照组,组间数据相比较具有统计学意义。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用脊柱微创手术治疗和护理干预有助于缓解疼痛,减少手术时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and nursing of minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc treated in our hospital during the period of July 2017~May 2016 were selected.80 cases were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received open operation and basic nursing,while the observation group received minimally invasive surgery and nursing intervention.Results the incidence of complications in the two groups was 5%and 20%,respectively.In addition,the size of the incision,the amount of bleeding,the time of hospitalization,the time of operation and the VAS score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the data between the groups were statistically significant.Conclusion the minimally invasive surgery and nursing intervention in the patients with lumbar disc herniation can help to relieve the pain,reduce the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications.
