摘要
目的探讨实时荧光定量PCR技术对无偿献血者进行核酸检测的应用效果。方法经ALT、HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV、抗TP,初检、复检2次检测合格后的无偿献血者血液标本,再应用实时荧光定量PCR技术进行核酸检测。结果酶免检测合格的242698份无偿献血者血液标本,经实时荧光定量PCR检测,HBV DNA反应性137例,HCVRNA反应性0例,HIVRNA反应性0例,反应性率0.057%。结论通过开展无偿献血者核酸检测工作,可有效缩短病毒检测窗口期,进一步提高血液安全水平。
Objective Discussion of realtime PCR technology unpaid blood donors nucleic acid detection application effect.Methods After ALT,HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,anti-TP,initial inspection,retest blood donors detected twice after passing blood samples,and then real-time quantitative PCR technology for nucleic acid detection.Results ELISA detection of qualified parts 242698 blood donors blood samples by realtime quantitative PCR,HBV DNA reactivity 137 cases,HCV RNA reactivity 0 cases,HIV RNA Reactivity 0 cases,the reaction rate of 0.057%.Conclusion Voluntary blood donors by nucleic acid testing work carried out,which can effectively shorten virus detection window period,to further enhance blood safety.
