心理护理与健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者心理状态、生活质量的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing and Health Education on Psychological Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Angina of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析心理护理与健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法选择本院2016年11月～2017年11月接收的98例冠心病心绞痛患者资料,依据护理方式分研究组(49例)、对照组(49例);对照组为必要的常规护理,研究组为心理护理结合健康教育,分析两组护理效果。结果研究组SAS为(31.79±3.30)分低于对照组(47.71±3.39)分(P <0.05);对照组QOL中社会功能是(1.10±0.29)分低于研究组(1.89±0.43)分(P <0.05)。结论心理护理和健康教育应用于冠心病心绞痛的患者中,可缓解其不良心理,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing and health education on psychological status and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods The data of 98 patients with angina pectoris receiving from November 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into study group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to nursing method.The control group was necessary routine nursing study Group for psychological care combined with health education,analysis of two groups of nursing effects.Results The SAS of the study group(31.79±3.30)was lower than that of the control group(47.71±3.39)(P<0.05).The social function of QOL in the control group was(1.10±0.29)lower than that of the study group(1.89±0.43)(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing and health education in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can relieve their adverse psychological and improve quality of life.
