电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定不同厂家补中益气丸中12种微量金属元素含量的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES),测定5种厂家补中益气丸中(Cu、Mn、Mg、Cd、Zn、Fe、Ba、Se、Pb、As、Cr、Ni)12种元素微量金属含量。方法选用5种不同厂家的15批补中益气丸,样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES)测定,等离子体功率为1150W;雾化气为流速0.5L/min;蠕动泵转速为50r/min;冷却气流速为12L/min;辅助气流速为0.5L/min;观测模式为垂直。结果每种元素在各自的检测质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r均不低于0.9990),检测限为0.1~8.5ng/mL,回收率为90.5%~107.2%,RSD为0.52%~4.1%。结论本方法准确迅速,操作性强,干扰少,可用于测定补中益气丸中微量金属元素的含量,为其质量研究提供技术参数。 Objective Using ICP-OES to measure 12 kinds of trace elements in Buzhongyiqi pill from 5 different pharmaceutical factory.Method Sampled by microwave digestion after pretreatment,the samples were studied by ICP-OES to detect the trace elements content of different origins.Results Mn,Fe,Zn element content was significantly higher than other elements,elements such as As,Cd was not detected,and Cu,Pd content was low.The linear coefficient was good(r≥0.9995),precision RSD was less than 2%,detection limit was between 0.1~8.5 ug/L.Conclusion The method for determination of trace elements has characteristics of fast speed,simplicity and high sensitivity and can be used to determinate the trace elements in Buzhongyiqi pills.
