耳穴压豆结合推拿手法防治儿童假性近视

Prevention and Treatment of Pseudomyopia in Children by Ear Point Pressure and Massage

目的将耳穴压豆结合推拿手法用于儿童假性近视防治中,对其应用效果进行评价。方法收集年龄在6～18岁的中小学生患者100名(200只眼睛),随机分为3组,对3组患者分别进行治疗,并收集3组患者治疗前后视力情况的资料,对3组治疗结果进行研究分析。结果总有效率试验组为97.1%,对照1组84.8%,对照2组86.4%,相对更高(P<0.05)。结论对假性近视儿童而言,应用耳穴压豆结合推拿手法治疗效果理想,可增强临床疗效,提升患儿视力,值得应用及推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of ear point pressing beans combined with massage in the prevention and treatment of children’s pseudomyopia.Methods 100 cases(200 eyes)of pseudomyopia primary and secondary school students aged 6~18 in the collection area.Random divided into 3 groups,Three groups of patients were treated,and three groups of patients were collected before and after treatment.The results of three groups of treatment were studied and analyzed.Results The total effective test group was 97.1%,control group 84.8%,control group 86.4%,and relatively higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with pseudomyopia,auricular point pressing combined with massage is effective,which can enhance the clinical efficacy and improve the visual acuity of children.It is worthy of application and promotion.
