妊娠高血压采用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗的临床效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析研究硝苯地平和硫酸镁联合治疗妊娠高血压综合征产妇的临床效果及影响。方法选取我院诊治的妊娠高血压综合征产妇170例,随机分成实验组(85例)和对照组(85例)。所有患者都采用硫酸镁治疗,实验组在此基础上加用硝苯地平。分析治疗前、后两组患者的收缩压和舒展压的变化情况,治疗后,比较两组患者的治疗疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平相差不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组产妇的收缩压、舒张压较治疗前均有所下降,且实验组的收缩压、舒张压水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组产妇的总有效率为92.94%,显著高于对照组的82.35%(P <0.05)。结论对妊娠高血压综合征患者采用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗,效果显著,值得在临床上广泛借鉴。
