我院签约居民稳定性冠心病用药分析

目的探讨我院慢病签约冠心病居民用药结构,根据冠心病最新指南及循证医学分析我院慢病签约冠心病居民合理用药的相关性分析。方法利用我院his系统随机抽取时间跨度为2017年1月1日~2018年6月30日,年龄≥60岁以上的稳定性冠心病慢病签约居民处方800张进行用药分析。结果处方使用频次排序依次为他汀类、ARB类、β受体拮抗剂、抗血小板药物;药物品种处方使用频次排序依次为阿托伐他汀钙片、替米沙坦片、阿司匹林肠溶片、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片;限定日剂量(DDD)排序依次为阿司匹林肠溶片、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片、替米沙坦片、阿托伐他汀钙片;DDDs排序依次为阿司匹林肠溶片、阿托伐他汀钙片、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片、替米沙坦片。结论我院稳定性冠心病药物用药结构符合指南及循证医学要求,且药物利用指数均DUI≤1,药物使用合理。

Objective This paper discusses the structure of drug use in residents of coronary heart diseasecontracted by chronic disease in our hospital.According to the latest guidelines of coronary heart disease and evidence-based medicine,the correlation analysis of rational drug use among residents of coronary heart disease contracted by chronic disease.Method From January 1,2017 to June 30,2018,800 prescriptions of residents with stable coronary heart disease over 60 years old were randomly selected by his system in our hospital for drug use analysis.Result The order of prescription frequency in table 1 was statins,ARB,β-receptor antagonists,antiplatelet drugs.The order of prescription frequency from Table 2 was Atto vastatin calcium tablets and telmisartan tablets.Aspirin enteric-coated tablets and metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets.The sequence of DDDs is aspirin enteric-coated tablets,Atto vastatin calcium tablets,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,telmisartan tablets.Conclusion The drug structure of stable coronary heart disease in our hospital conforms to the guidelines and the requirement of evidence-based medicine,and the drug utilization index is all DUI≤1,and the use of drugs is reasonable.
