蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉在老年患者腔内泌尿外科微创手术中的应用

Application of Subarachnoid Block Anesthesia in Endovascular Surgery for Elderly Patients with Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的分析老年患者腔内泌尿外科微创手术中蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉应用效果。方法分析研究90例泌尿外科微创手术患者分为两组,分别实施硬膜外麻醉和蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉,比较分析不同麻醉方法应用效果。结果观察组的麻醉用量、见效时间、阻滞完全时间少于对照组,麻醉优良率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P <0.05),但两组患者的手术时间、不良反应发生率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉用于老年腔内泌尿外科微创手术中,麻醉用药安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the effect of subarachnoid block anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with urological minimally invasive surgery admitted to our hospital were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the parallel grouping method.45 patients in the control group received epidural anesthesia,and 45 patients in the observation group received subarachnoid block anesthesia.Compare and analyze the effects of different anesthetic methods.Results The observation group had less anesthesia dosage,effective time,and complete block time than the control group.The anesthesia rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but the operation time and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were significant.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The subarachnoid block anesthesia is used in the minimally invasive surgery of endourology in the elderly.The anesthetic use is safe and reliable.
