通心络胶囊合用欣奥乐注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on Stable Angina Pectoris by Tongxinluo Capsules and Xinaole

目的:观察通心络胶囊合用欣奥乐注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将94例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组(47例)和治疗组(47例)。对照组给予欣奥乐注射液50mg微泵注射(6～8mg/h),1次/日;治疗组在对照组基础上加服通心络胶囊4粒,3次/日。疗程均为2周。观察治疗前后临床症状、24小时动态心电图和血脂水平变化。结果两组患者临床症状显著改善;24小时内心肌缺血发作次数及缺血时间明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组疗效更为明显(P<0.05),其血脂水平也有降低趋势。结论通心络胶囊合用欣奥乐治疗稳定型心绞痛,在减少心肌缺血发作次数及缺血时间方面,较单用欣奥乐有更好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsules (TXLC) and Xinaole on treating stableangina pectoris. Methods 94 patients of stable angina pectoris were divided randomly into control group (47 cases)and treatment group (47 cases). Xinaole injection 50mg was given to both group was additionally given TXLC (4capsules, 3 times daily).Period of treatment is two weeks. Clinical symptom, ambulatory electrocardiogram and blood-lipids were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control groupand treatment group was 82.97% and 93.61%.The number and duration of myocardial ischemia in 24 hours offtreatment group was decreased significantly than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion On basis of Xinaole,compound TXLC is effect to stable angina pectoris effectively.
