本文从医学社会学角度出发,认为医生和患者共享的生活世界的体验为在他们之间建立一个共同的意义世界奠定了基础,重新审视了病患的真实意义,讨论了新时期下实现有效的医患沟通的新对策,探索如何实现医患间有效的互信、互动,构建和谐的医患关系。

This paper points out that the communion life experience of medical staffs and patients has established a base for their common world, surveys the real meanings of their relationship. By means of discussing the effective new ways, this paper want to explore how to realize the trust, communication and harmonious between the medical staffs and patients.
