复方云南白药对大鼠口腔溃疡作用的研究

目的:研究复方云南白药对口腔溃疡的疗效。方法采用石炭酸方法制造大鼠口腔溃疡模型,然后观察复方云南白药对大鼠口腔溃疡的药效。结果复方云南白药可促进口腔溃疡面的愈合及增加给药6天后溃疡愈合的大鼠只数,与非治疗阴性对照组存在着显著性差异(P<0.01=。结论复方云南白药具有明显地促进口腔溃疡愈合的作用。

Objection: To study the effect of complex Yunnanbaiyao to oral ulceration. Methods: Observing the effect of complex Yunnanbaiyao to oral ulceration of rat stimulated by phenol. Results: Complex Yunnanbaiyao can promote the healing of oral ulceration and increase the healing number of ulcer rat, and showing remarkable difference with negative contrasting group. Conclusion: Complex Yunnanbaiyao has the function of promoting the healing of oral ulceration.
