鼻内镜在喉部手术中的应用

Apllication of endoscope in laryngeal operations

目的:探讨应用鼻内窥镜代替喉显微镜行喉部支撑喉镜手术的可行性。方法11例行支撑喉镜手术的患者均于手术时利用鼻内窥镜代替喉显微镜,并于术后随访。结果8例声带息肉患者除1例失随访外均未复发,治愈率100%,喉乳头状瘤患者1例于半年后复发,黏膜白斑病患者失随访。结论本方法将鼻内镜技术和传统支撑喉镜手术方法相结合,降低了医疗配置成本,方法简单易行,手术视野清晰,手术可以达到彻底、微创,疗效满意,值得推广应用。

Objective To detect the probability of the application of using nasal endoscope to replace micro-laryngoscope in self-restraining laryngoscope operations.Methods Use endoscope in self-restraining laryngoscope operations in place of micro-laryngoscope in 11 patients and follow up after surgeries.Results 8 patients suffer from polyp of vocal cord never recurrent except one out of visit,the cure rate is100%;one from laryngeal papilloma recurrents half a year after surgery;one from leukoplakia is out of visit.Conclusions this methods,which combines endoscope technique with traditional self-restraining laryngoscope surgeries,cuts down the cost of medical equipment,makes operation process easy,visual field clear,and makes surgeries thorough and the wound little,is worthy of general application.
