NF-κB在胃癌组织中的表达及其与TOPOⅡ和Ki-67的关系

Expression of NF-κB in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with TOPOⅡand Ki-67

目的通过检测NF-κB在胃癌、癌旁增生组织及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,探讨其与TOPOⅡ、Ki-67在胃癌中表达的相关性及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法,检测随机选取的102份胃癌石蜡标本及相应的癌旁增生组织标本和正常胃黏膜组织,检测三者表达情况。计数资料采用χ2检验和四格表精确概率法,相关性分析采用Spearmen等级相关分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 NF-κB蛋白在胃癌、癌旁增生组织及正常黏膜组织中的表达率分别为70.59%(72/102)、22.22%(10/45)、5.88%(2/34),TOPOⅡ、Ki-67在胃癌组织中均有阳性表达;NF-κB的表达与TOPOⅡ(r=0.301,P=0.002)、Ki-67(r=0.334,P=0.001)的表达呈显著正相关。结论 NF-κB和TOPOⅡ、Ki-67三者在胃癌组织中的高表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有相关性,且三者之间存在一定的协同作用,联合检测有助于胃癌预后的判断。

Objective To detecting the expression of NF-κB in gastric cancer,hyperplasia and adjacent normal gastric mucosa,and to explore the relevance of NF-κB,TOPOⅡ and Ki-67. Methods A total of 102 cases with gastric cancer were randomly selected. And their gastric cancer detection paraffin specimen,adjacent noncancerous tissue hyperplasia and normal gastric mucosa were measured by immunohistochemical methods to research the expression of NF-κB,TOPOⅡ and Ki-67. Results The expression of NF-κB protein in gastric cancer,hyperplasia and adjacent normal mucosa tissues was 70.59%(72/ 102),22.20%(10/45),5.90%(2/34),respectively. Expression of NF-κB was singificantly positively correlated with TOPOⅡ(r= 0.301,P= 0.002),Ki-67(r= 0.334,P= 0.001). Conclusions The high expressions of NF-κB,TOPOⅡ and Ki-67 in gastric cancer are correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage,and there is a certain synergy among the them. Combined detection of NF-κB,TOPOⅡ and Ki-67 helps the prognosis of gastric cancer analyzing.
