肿瘤恶液质的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 恶液质是肿瘤患者最为常见的合并症之一,50%以上晚期肿瘤患者并发恶液质,严重影响肿瘤患者的生活质量和生存期。恶液质的发病机制目前仍在探索,主要包括骨骼肌蛋白质分解代谢、脂肪组织脂解等代谢改变,肿瘤本身炎性因子的表达及转录因子的作用,C反应蛋白及神经内分泌因子表达异常等宿主反应的表现等。本文就恶液质发病机制的研究进展作一综述,针对恶液质单纯给予肠内及肠外营养治疗效果不佳,给出相应建议。
