非小细胞肺癌的基因学研究及其应用研究进展

摘要 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是肺癌中最常见的类型,目前针对于NSCLC的病因学在分子水平上进行了广泛的研究,主要集中在全基因组的基因表达水平、miRNA表达水平及DNA甲基化水平3个方面,其中特征miRNA表达及特征基因甲基化谱式有望成为NSCLC预后预测的新方法。
