COX-2、TGF-β_1与慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化的关系研究进展

摘要 分析环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的结构和功能,了解其对慢性胰腺炎(CP)胰腺纤维化进展的重要意义,掌握其引起CP的相关机理及作用点,有助于开展以COX-2、TGF-β1及其转导通路为靶点的靶向基因治疗技术,为临床防治CP胰腺纤维化提供新的思路和理论依据。
