摘要
目的了解河南省慢性病防控人力资源现状,便于进一步加强河南省慢性病防控工作。方法采用2012年河南省慢性病防控能力调查问卷数据,利用SPSS 20.0进行描述性分析。结果河南省590名慢性病防控工作人员平均年龄38.28岁,从事慢性病防控平均工作年限为4.49年,全省预防医学和公共卫生专业的比例为28.47%(168/590),本科及以上的比例为30.17%(178/590),副高及以上的比例为5.76%(34/590)。结论应逐步建立健全慢性病防控体系,引进适应河南省慢性病防控工作需要的人才,加强现有慢性病防控人员的专业培训。
Objective To investigate the human resources of chronic disease prevention and control at centers for diseases prevention and control in Henan province and strengthen the next work. Methods The data of 2012 chronic disease prevention and control ability survey in Henan province was used to descriptively analyze the study with SPSS 20.0. Results The average age of 590 chronic disease prevention and control staffs was 38.28 years. The average working experience in chronic disease prevention and control was 4.49 years. The ratio of preventive medicine to public health was 28.47%(168/590). Data showed 30.17%(178/590) staffs have acquired bachelor's degree or above and 5.76%(34/590) staffs have sub-senior and senior professional titles. Conclusions It is needed to improve the chronic disease prevention and control system, strengthen the staffs' professional training and attract qualified professionals.
