The diagnostic value of the infrared radiation for malignant tumor

摘要 目的探索红外热像检查对恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法应用国产医用红外热像仪,采集可疑肿瘤患者相应部位红外热像图390例,进行定位、定量分析。结果此诊断试验的灵敏度83.8%、特异度69.6%、漏诊率16.2%、误诊率30.3%、阳性预告值87.3%、阴性预告值63.4%、阳性似然比2.75、阴性似然比0.23、准确度79.4%、尤登指数0.479。结论实验证实了红外热像检查对恶性肿瘤的诊断有较高的灵敏度、准确度尚可,若与其他检查方法相结合,将进一步提高诊断的特异度,降低漏诊率及误诊率。红外热像检查患者无痛苦、结果易于储存,可较全面提供患者疾病信息,非常适用于肿瘤患者的病情监测。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of infrared radiation for malignant tumor. Methods A total of 390 people suspicious of being tumorous were examined using medical infrared thermographs instrument. Infrared image analysis software was used to analyze the infrared radiation localization and quantification. Results In the diagnostic test, sensitivity was 83.8%, specificity was 69.6%, rate of missed diagnosis was 16.2%, misdiagnosis rate was 30.3%, positive predictive value was 87.3%, negative predictive value was 63.4%, positive likelihood ratio was 2.75, negative likelihood ratio was 0.23,accuracy was 79.4%, and Youden's index was 0.479. Conclusions Infrared radiation has higher sensitivity, withacceptable accuracy in the diagnosis of malignant tumor. The specificity of diagnosis will be elevated all the better and the rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis will be decreased if the infrared radiation is to be combined with other diagnostic methods. The patients experienced no pain during the infrared radiation examination. Also the results are easy to store and capable of providing an comprehensive sight of the disease. Overall, the infrared radiation is suitable for monitoring pathogenic condition of patients.
