儿童肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎中西医结合治疗分析

Comprehensive analysis of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine treatment on children with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗儿童肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎的疗效。方法 192例肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎患儿,随机分为观察组(中西医治疗组)108例和对照组(西医治疗组)84例,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量水平及总有效率、不良反应发生率等指标。结果观察组总有效率(92.59%)明显优于对照组(73.81%);不良反应发生率(5.56%)明显低于对照组(48.8%);治疗后观察组患儿的血清TC、Tlb、24 h尿蛋白定量水平明显优于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合方法治疗肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎患儿,能有效减少不良反应的发生率,提高治疗的疗效,值得在儿科临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate curative effects of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on children with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis(HSPN). Methods A total of192 children with HSPN were randomly divided into observation group(108 cases) and control group(84 cases). Patients in the observation group were given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, and patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.The levels of triglyceride(TG), serum total cholesterol(TC), serum albumin(Alb), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), and 24 h urine protein were compared between both groups before and after treatments.The total effective rate and incidence of side effects were also calculated and compared between groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(92.59%) was significantly higher than the control group(73.81%); the incidence of side effects(5.56%) was significantly lower than the control group(48.8%). After treatments, the average levels of TC, Alb, and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were significantly higherthan the control group, and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on children with HSPN can reduce side effects and increase effective rate. This treatment is worthy to be popularized in pediatric clinical practice.
