重复经颅磁刺激治疗吞咽障碍对脑卒中相关性肺炎发生率的影响被引量：5

摘要目的观察重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)配合吞咽康复治疗对脑卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)发生率的影响。方法采用随机法将86例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者分为A组(42例)和B组(44例)。两组均给予内科常规治疗并辅予吞咽康复治疗;A组再给予r TMS治疗。对两组治疗前及治疗后1个月对患者的吞咽功能、肺炎发生率进行分析。结果 A组吞咽功能改善总有效率83.33%,明显高于B组54.55%(P<0.05),且A组SAP发生率14.29%,明显低于B组34.09%(P<0.05)。结论 rTMS配合吞咽康复治疗能减少SAP的发生率。
