摘要
目的观察正清风痛宁对膝骨关节炎的临床治疗效果,以及探究对细胞因子白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法选取四川省攀枝花煤业集团有限公司总医院骨科收治的膝骨关节炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖240 mg/次,2次/d;观察组采用正清风痛宁60 mg/次,2次/d。治疗10周结束时,观察两组患者关节疼痛,僵硬和活动功能困难程度,检测血清IL-1β和TNF-α的表达,以及两组患者不良反应发生率。结果经过10周治疗,观察组总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率为85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.11,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3例(7.50%),对照组7例(17.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.28,P<0.05)。两组患者疼痛、关节僵硬、活动度较治疗前改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但观察组提高程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α与治疗前相比均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组指标下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,且不良反应较小,同时也降低了血清IL-1β和TNF-α表达。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Zhengqing Fengtongning on knee osteoarthritis treatment and expression of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Methods A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were included and divided into two groups randomly. The experimental group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning 60 mg/times, 2 times/day. The control group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride 240 mg/times, 2 times/day. The joint pain, stiffness, activities function, IL-1β and TNF-α and side effect after 10 weeks of treatment were evaluated. Results After 10 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%; the total effective rate of the control group was 85.00%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=6.11, P<0.05). Adverse reaction occurred in 3 cases(7.50%) of the observation group and 7 cases(17.5%) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.28, P<0.05). The experimental group were improved better than control group in the degree of joint pain, stiffness and activities function(P<0.05). Moreover, the IL-1β and TNF-α were decreased in both groups after 10 weeks treatment(P<0.05), and the experimental group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtonging is an effective drug on treating knee osteoarthritis with less side effects.
