社区脑卒中患者开展“一居委一护士”效果及对生活质量影响

Effect of carrying out “one neighborhood one nurse” on community stroke patients and its impact on quality of life

目的探讨社区脑卒中患者开展"一居委一护士"效果及对生活质量的影响。方法根据采取护理方法的不同,将200例脑卒中患者分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。两组患者均进行出院指导,观察组在对照组的护理基础上实施"一居委一护士"。比较两组护理后运动功能、日常生活能力、对护理工作的满意度以及生活质量。分别采用量表进行评测,然后将相关数据使用SPSS19.0软件进行数据处理。结果护理1年后观察组Fugl-meyer评分与改良Barthel指数均高于对照组;观察组对护理工作的满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的81.00%;护理后1年,观察组心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域的评分均高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区脑卒中患者开展"一居委一护士"有助于患者运动功能与日常生活能力的恢复,提高患者对护理工作的满意度与生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of carrying out 'one neighborhood one nurse'on community stroke patients and its impact on quality of life. Methods Depending on the different methods,200 stroke patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 100 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were given the discharge instructions. Patinets in the observation group was carried out'one neighborhood one nurse'. After treatment, motor function, activities of daily living, satisfaction of nursing work, and quality of life in the two groups were evaluated and compared by scales. The relevant data was analyzed by using SPSS19.0 software. Results One year after nursing, Fugl-meyer scores and Modified Barthel Index in the observation group were higher than the control group; satisfaction rate of nursing working in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 81.00% of the control group; the scores of psychological field, physiological realm, the field of environment, social relations field in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group. All above differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion 'One neighborhood one nurse'may help community stroke patients to restore motor function and activities of daily living,improve patients’ satisfaction of nursing work and quality of life as well.
