金水宝胶囊治疗单纯抗体阳性的自身免疫性甲状腺炎的疗效观察

Curative effect of Jinshuibao capsule on patients with autoimmune thyroiditis with only positive antibodies

目的探讨金水宝胶囊对单纯抗体阳性的自身免疫甲状腺炎(Autoimmune thyroiditis,AIT)的临床疗效。方法选取100例2015年青岛市城阳区人民医院门诊AIT患者,年龄20~65岁,随机分为对照组54例和观察组46例,对照组行常规治疗及低碘饮食,观察组在常规治疗基础上行金水宝胶囊干预性治疗,两组治疗前及治疗6个月后测定血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(Thyroglobulin antibody,TGAb)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(Thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPOAb)等指标,同时进行甲状腺彩超检查。数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析,计量资料用均数±标准差(xˉ±s)表示,采用t检验,计数资料用率(%)表示,采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗组TGAb、TPOAb滴度降低,与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后峡部厚度较治疗前明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论金水宝胶囊能降低TGAb、TPOAb滴度,改善自身免疫反应,进一步延缓甲状腺功能减退的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule on autoimmune thyroiditis with only positiveantibody. Methods The study involved 100 cases of autoimmune thyroiditis patients with only positive antibody, aged 20-65, who came from outpatients of People's Hospital of Chengyang District in 2015. They were randomly assigned to control group(n=54) and observation group(n=46).The control group received routine treatment and low iodine diet. Observation group was given Jinshuibao capsule and routine treatment. Serum free triiodothyronine three(FT3), free thyroxine(FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH), thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb), anti thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb) were detected before and after treatment in the two group, incidentally using thyroid ultrasonography to observe thyroid. Measurement data signified with the average ± standard deviation was analyzed with t test, χ2test was used to compare enumeration data signified with rate or percentage. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. All analyses were performed with SPSS for Windows version 17.0. Results TGAb, TPOAb levels were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment and contrl group in observation group(all P<0.01);The thickness of isthmus was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule can make TGAb, TPOAb levels reducedin patients with autoimmune thyroiditisand improve their immune function, and delay the occurrence of hypothyroidism.
