中西医结合健康教育对老年慢性病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of health education of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine on life quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的探讨中西医结合健康教育对老年慢性病患者生活质量的影响。方法随机抽取72例老年慢性病患者作研究对象,经随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组36例。研究组采取中西医结合健康教育,对照组实施传统健康宣教,对比两组患者干预前后的生活质量测定量表评分变化、治疗依从性及健康知识知晓率。结果干预后,研究组患者的生活质量评分为(90.41±1.15)分,高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组慢性病健康知识知晓率为94.44%,高于对照组的69.44%(P<0.01);研究组治疗依从性是97.22%,高于对照组的80.56%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合健康教育对老年慢性病患者生活质量存在正性影响,可有效提升患者健康知识知晓率与治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of health education of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine on life quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods Seventy-two elderly patients with chronic diseases were enrolled and were divided into research group and control group by random sampling, each 36 cases. Research group received health education of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine, and the control group received traditional health education. The life quality measuring scale changes and the rate of treatment compliance and the awareness rate of health knowledge between the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results Life quality score in research group and control group was(90.41±1.15)score,(81.72±3.39)score, and the significant difference was found between them(P<0.01);the awareness rate of health knowledge in the research group was 94.44%, which was higher than that of the control group(69.44%),P<0.01; the rate of treatment compliance in research group was 97.22%, which was higher than that of the control group(80.56%),P<0.05. Conclusion Health education of traditiohal Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has a positive effect on the life quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases,which can effectively improve the awareness rate of health knowledge and treatment compliance.
