摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者睡眠质量情况对于控制血糖效果的影响性。方法选取2014年4月—2016年4月广东省东莞市常平医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者和80例健康志愿者分别作为患病组和正常组,采用自制调查问卷对其进行统计,并采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行评分,观察记录所有研究对象的睡眠质量、PSQI评分和血糖达标等数据情况。结果患病组患者的PSQI总评分为(8.25±2.09)分,高于正常组(5.81±1.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患病组中血糖达标患者共有19例(23.75%),PSQI总评分(4.75±2.12)分,血糖未达标患者有61例(76.25%),PSQI总评分(9.31±3.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且血糖达标患者PSQI各因子中的睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍得分均明显低于血糖未达标患者(P<0.05);两组催眠药物使用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与健康志愿者相比,2型糖尿病患者的睡眠质量相对较差,继而也会影响到患者血糖的控制效果。
Objective To study the status of sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on blood glucose control effect. Methods Totallly 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and 80 healthy volunteers were enrolled in Changping Hospital of Dongguan from April 2014 to April 2016, and they were divided into disease group and normal group, 80 cases in each group. The selfmade questionnaire was used to investigate status of sleep quality, and at the same time the PSQI scale was used to score, The status of sleep quality, PSQI score and blood glucose data were recorede and compared between the two groups. Results Total score of PSQI in the disease group and normal group was(8.25±2.09) score,(5.81±1.09) score(P<0.05). Totally 19 cases of patients(23.75%) obtained target glucose and the total PSQI score was(4.75±2.12) score, but 61 cases of patients did not reach the targer glucose level, and the total PSQI score was(9.31±3.69) score, and there was significant difference(P<0.05). PSQI factors such as sleep time, sleep disorder daytime dysfunction score in patients with target glucose level were all statistically lower than those in patients without target glucose level(P<0.05). There was no difference of the use of hypnotic drugs between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with healthy volunteers, sleep quality of patients with type 2 diabetes is relatively poor which also affect the control effect of blood glucose.
