贝那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者心功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨贝那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者心功能的影响,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取商水县中医院71例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组35例和观察组36例,对照组给予20 mg贝那普利(1次/d)治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用20 mg曲美他嗪(3次/d)治疗,均治疗3个月,观察比较两组临床疗效、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心率(HR)及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%(32/36),高于对照组68.57%(24/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF高于对照组,HR、LVEDD均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%(3/36),对照组为5.71%(2/35),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪同贝那普利联合用药可有效改善冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,提高疗效,且安全性高。
