摘要
科研、临床兼优的研究生毕业以后更有机会成为社会需要的高水平临床医生。这需要在教学中设置高效课程,实施中以科研思维为基础建立临床思维习惯,是培养学术能力的有效途径。科研、临床兼优的带教老师或导师组是培养研究型临床研究生的前提。
The postgraduates who are excellent both in scientific research and clinical work have more opportunities to become the high level clinicians that the society needs. It is necessary to set up effective courses in the teaching and to establish clinical thinking habits based on scientific research thinking are effective ways to train academic ability. Tutoring teachers who are both excellent in scientific research and clinical work is the premise for training research-type clinical graduate students.
