标准化健康管理流程在提高糖尿病患者生存质量中的应用

Application of standardized health management process in improving the life quality of patients with diabetes

目的探讨标准化健康管理流程在提高糖尿病患者生存质量中的应用效果,为糖尿病健康管理流程的优化提供可靠依据。方法选取2016年6月—2017年8月深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院(东方半岛社区健康服务中心)收治的200例糖尿病患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组100例,对照组行常规治疗及护理,观察组联用标准化健康管理流程,观察比较两组30 d后中国糖尿病患者生活质量特异性量表(DSQL)得分及血糖控制情况。结果观察组干预后DSQL生理功能、心理及精神、治疗、社会关系等维度得分及DSQL总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者治疗及护理过程中联用标准化健康管理流程能够显著改善其生存质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized health management process in improving the quality of life of patients with diabetes for providing the basis of optimizing the standardized health management process. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with diabetes treated in Second People's Hospital of Longgang District from June 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. Patients in control group received conventional therapy and nursing, and on this basis, patients in observation group also received standardized health management process. The diabetes specific quality of life(DSQL)score and the blood glucose control situation were observed 30 days after treatment. Results The DSQL dimension scores of physiological function, mentality and spirit, treatment and social relations as well as DSQL aggregate score in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05); the fasting blood glucose after intervention and blood glucose 2 h after meal in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of standardized health management process in treatment and nursing process of diabetic patients can significantly improve the quality of life.
