肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合CT引导下射频消融术对原发性肝癌患者治疗效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合CT引导下射频消融术对原发性肝癌(HCC)患者术后血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平转阴率及中位生存期的影响。方法选取2013年4月—2015年3月许昌市中心医院84例HCC患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上予以CT引导下射频消融术治疗。对比术后两组临床疗效、血清AFP水平转阴率、平均中位生存期及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组血清AFP转阴率为77.78%,高于对照组的45.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访2年,观察组平均中位生存期较对照组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合CT引导下射频消融术治疗HCC患者疗效显著,可提高血清AFP转阴率,延长患者生存时间。
