社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者一年四季生物节律顺应性调查

Survey of biological rhythm situation in community patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

目的调查分析社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者一年四季日常生活顺应生物节律(biological rhythm,BR)状况,旨为应用BR原理开展社区COPD防治干预提供相关依据。方法应用自行编制的社区COPD患者一年四季日常生活的BR状况调查表对确诊的社区COPD患者进行调查和分析。结果接受调查者132例,其中男性58例,女性74例。调查显示,患者各季日常生活主要内容如作息、餐饮、运动或活动、学习、娱乐等时间安排用四季BR的要求衡量符合率较低,且四季日常生活的时间安排几乎雷同(均P>0.05)。结论社区COPD患者一年四季日常生活缺乏BR的顺应性,应用BR原理对社区COPD患者进行BR相关教育和生活行为的干预很有必要。

Objective To investigate daily life at all seasons of community patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in according with the biological rhythm(BR) situation to provide the basis for further prevention and treatment. Methods The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the compliance with BR at all seasons in community COPD patients. Results Totally 132 cases were investigated, and there were 58 males and 74 females. The investigation showed that the BR compliant rates of the patients’ daily life in each season, such as rest, dining,sports or activities, study, entertainment, etc., were relatively low, and the schedule of daily life in the four seasons was almost the same(P>0.05). Conclusion Community COPD patients are lack of adaptation to BR in daily life. Education and intervention with BR principle is most necessary.
