非吸烟健康成人诱导痰细胞计数正常参考值的研究

Researching a normal range for induced sputum cell counts of healthy nonsmoking adults

目的探讨莆田地区非吸烟健康成人诱导痰细胞分类及计数的正常值范围。方法对145例非吸烟健康成人用4.5%高渗盐水雾化诱导痰,并对诱导痰细胞分类及总数进行检测、分析。结果 145例非吸烟健康成人参与诱导痰试验,诱导成功率为87.6%。非吸烟健康成人的诱导痰细胞总数为(2.817±1.732)×106/g,其中巨噬细胞比例为(57.9±14.2)%,中性粒细胞比例为(37.5±14.1)%,淋巴细胞比例为(1.8±1.1)%,嗜酸性粒细胞为(0.5±0.4)%,支气管上皮细胞比例为(2.3±0.9)%。嗜酸性粒细胞的95%可信区间上限为1.2%。男女性别间的诱导痰细胞总数及各细胞分类比例比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论本研究建立了莆田市诱导痰分类及计数正常参考值。

Objective To establish a normal range for total and differential cell counts in induced sputum of healthy nonsmoking adults in Putian city. Methods To examine the total and differential cell counts in induced sputum from samples of a total of 145 healthy nonsmoking adults who inhaled hypertonic(4.5%) saline. Results Totally 145 nonsmoking healthy adults were involved in induced sputum test, and the success rate was 87.6%. The total number of induced sputum cells in non-smoking healthy adults was(2.817±1.732) ×106/g. Among them, the proportion of macrophages was(57.9±14.2) %, neutrophils was(37.5 ± 14.1) %, lymphocytes was(1.8 ± 1.1) %, eosinophils was(0.5 ±0.4) %, bronchial epithelial cells was(2.3±0.9) %. The upper limit of 95% confidence interval for eosinophils was 1.2%. There were no significant differences in the total number of induced sputum cells and the proportion of differentiated cells between male and female.(P>0.05) Conclusions The normal range was established for total and differential cell counts in induced sputum of healthy nonsmoking adults in Putian city.
