北京市昌平区南口社区居民慢性病发病情况横断面调查

Cross sectional survey on prevalence of chronic diseases in Changping district Nankou community of Beijing

目的调查分析北京市昌平区南口社区居民慢性非传染性疾病(简称慢性病)的发病情况及危险因素,为有关部门制定相应卫生政策和提供疾病预防控制措施提供科学理论依据。方法选用2014年北京市昌平区南口农村居民的健康体检资料,进行慢性病发病情况的统计分析。结果北京市昌平区南口农村居民1 371人,慢性病总发病率为19.40%(266/1 371),其中女性的发病率为20.10%(193/960),高于男性的17.76%(73/411)。随着年龄的增长,慢性病发病率升高,吸烟、超重及肥胖、高盐高脂饮食和有慢性病家族史均为慢性病发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论北京市昌平区南口农村居民慢性病发病呈上升趋势,社区应该采取积极的预防控制措施,减少慢性病的发生,降低其并发症,提供居民的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of chronic non-communicable diseases(chronic disease)of Nankou community of Changping district in Beijing to provide scientific theory basis for the relevant departments formulateing corresponding health policy and disease prevention and control measures.Methods The incidence of chronic disease was analyzed by using the data of the health examination of Nankou community of Changping district in Beijing in 2014.Results The residents in Nankou community of Changping district in Beijing were 1 371 cases.The incidence rate of chronic diseases was 19.40%,the incidence of female chronic disease rate is 20.10%,and was higher than that of male(17.76%).With the increase of age,chronic-diseases rate increased.These factors such as smoking,overweight and obesity,high salt and high fat diet and family history of chronic disease were risk for chronic disease(all P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of chronic diseases shows a rising trend in Nankou community of Changping district in Beijing,the community should take measures to prevent and control the occurrence of chronic diseases and complications,and improve the life quality of residents.
