齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效及对血糖、血脂水平的影响

Efficacy of ziprasidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile schizophrenia and its effect on blood glucose and blood lipid levels

目的探讨齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效及对血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月河南省商丘市第二人民医院就诊的90例老年(60～80岁)精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用口服奥氮平治疗,观察组采用口服奥氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗,对比两组治疗前后的血糖、血脂水平及临床总有效。结果观察组治疗前后的血糖、血脂水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗前后血糖及血脂水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的阴性及阳性症状量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的阴性及阳性症状量表评分均有下降,且观察组的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的总有效为86.67%,显著高于对照组的68.89%,(P<0.05)。两组治疗间期均未出现严重不良反应。结论对老年精神分裂症患者应用齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗效果显著,不影响血糖及血脂水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ziprasidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile schizophrenia and its effect on blood glucose and blood lipid levels.Methods Totally90 elderly patients with schizophrenia who were selected from Shangqiu Second People’s Hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received oral olanzapine treatment,and the observation group received oral olanzapine combined with ziprasidone.The blood glucose,blood lipid levels and clinical total effective before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose and blood lipid levels before and after treatment in the observation group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(all P<0.05).The scores of negative and positive symptom scales were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of negative and positive symptom scales in the two groups were decreased,especially in the observation group as compared to those before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.89%)(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the treatment interval between the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of ziprasidone combined with olanzapine on elderly senile schizophrenia patients is effective,and it does not affect blood glucose and blood lipid levels.
