围绝经期妇女心理困扰与心理弹性及社会支持的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of psychological distress, psychological elasticity and social support in perimenopausal women

目的探讨围绝经期妇女心理困扰与心理弹性及社会支持的相关性。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月在高唐县人民医院就诊的95例围绝经期妇女作为研究对象,采用凯勒斯心理困扰量表(K10)、心理弹性量表简化版(CD-RISC10)、社会支持量表(PSSS)对95例围绝经期妇女的心理困扰、心理弹性及社会支持情况进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果根据K10评分标准分为两组,有心理困扰(≥22分)者85例(89.47%)为观察组,对照组为无心理困扰者10例(10.53%)。观察组心理弹性总分以及各维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组社会支持总分以及各维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);围绝经期妇女心理困扰得分与心理弹性得分呈负相关(r=-0.871,P<0.05),与社会支持总分及家庭支持、朋友支持以及其他支持得分呈负相关(r分别为-0.823、-0.876、-0.625和-0.597,均P<0.05)。结论围绝经期妇女心理困扰程度较高,心理弹性、社会支持为围绝经期妇女心理困扰发生的保护因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship between psychological distress,psychological elasticity and social support in perimenopausal women.Methods Totally 95 perimenopausal women from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects.The psychological distress,elasticity and social support of 95 menopausal women were investigated with Kellers psychological distress scale(K10),simplified version of psychoelasticity scale(CD-RISC10)and social support scale(PSSS),and the results were analyzed.Results According to K10,there were 10 cases(10.53%)of perimenopausal women without psychological distress(control group)and 85 cases(89.47%)of perimenopausal women with psychological distress(observation group).The total score of psychological elasticity and the scores of each dimension of observation group were lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).The total score of social support and the scores of each dimension in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The score of mental distress in perimenopausal women was negatively correlated with the score of psychological elasticity(r=-0.871,P<0.05),and it was negatively correlated with the total scores of social support and the scores of family support,friend support and other support(r=-0.823,r=-0.876,r=-0.625,r=-0.597,all P<0.05),respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of psychological distress is higher in perimenopausal women,and psychological elasticity and social support are protective factors for the occurrence of psychological distress in the perimenopausal women.
