摘要
目的通过100天健步走行动将大众健身与慢性病防控有机结合起来,了解健步走对身体健康指标的影响及研究对慢性病防控的效果。方法选取长沙市某区机关、企事业单位职工共150名职业人群作为队员参加持续100天的健步走行动。使用统一的测量工具和方法测量队员健步走前后的血压值、体重、体重指标(BMI)值、腰围、臀围、腰臀比身体健康指标,并采用SPSS21.0软件进行统计分析。结果健步走后,样本人群身体健康指标血压值、体重、臀围、腰臀比、BMI值均有不同程度的降低;男性血压值、臀围降低,女性血压值、体重、臀围、腰臀比、BMI值、空腹血糖均有降低;20~39岁年龄段人群舒张压、臀围、腰臀比降低,40岁及以上年龄段人群体重、臀围、BMI值降低。结论 100天"万步有约"健步走活动对人体血压值、体重、臀围、腰臀比、BMI值等指标有一定改善作用。
Objective Through the 100-day walking exercise,the public fitness and the prevention and control of chronic diseases are organically combined to understand the effect of walking on physical health indicators and chronic diseases.Methods A total of 150 workers from government offices,enterprises and institutions in a district of Changsha were selected to participate in this activity of 100 days walking as team members.Blood pressure,body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio before and after walking were measured by using uniform measurement tools and methods.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results For sample population after walking,their blood pressure value,weight,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,BMI value were decreased with different degrees.For males after walking,their blood pressure value,hip circumference were decreased;for females,their blood pressure value,weight,hip circumference,waist-tohip ratio,BMI value,fasting blood glucose were decreased.For persons in the 20-39 age group,their diastolic blood pressure,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio were decreased;for persons in the40 and above age group,their weight,hip circumference and BMI were decreased.Conclusion The100 days'ten-thousand-step program'can improve blood pressure,body weight,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio and BMI for occupational population.
