督导式护理用于温通抗癌方治疗恶性肠梗阻的临床研究

Clinical study of supervised nursing for Wentong anti-cancer prescription in the treatment of malignant intestinal obstruction

目的探讨督导式护理在温通抗癌方治疗恶性肠梗阻过程的应用效果,为提高护理效果作参考。方法选取2018年1—12月广州中医药大学祈福医院肿瘤科收治的60例恶性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,均采用温通抗癌方进行治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受督导式护理。护理前后比较两组患者的肠梗阻症状缓解时间、腹围以及疼痛情况(VAS评分)。结果观察组患者肠梗阻症状缓解时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者腹围和VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者腹围和VAS评分均低于本组护理前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用温通抗癌防治疗恶性肠梗阻患者实施督导式护理干预,能促进肠梗阻症状缓解,减少腹水形成,缓解疼痛,进而提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of supervised nursing in the treatment of malignant intestinal obstruction with Wentong anti-cancer prescription.Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant intestinal obstruction in the Department of Oncology,Qifu Hospital,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with Wentong anti-cancer prescription.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group was treated with supervised nursing on the basis of the control group.The improvement of intestinal obstruction symptoms,ascites and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of intestinal obstruction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in abdominal circumference and VAS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,abdominal circumference and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of supervised nursing intervention in patients with malignant intestinal obstruction treated by Wentong anti-cancer prescription could promote the relief of intestinal obstruction,reduce the formation of ascites,relieve pain,and improve the therapeutic effect.
