社区老年居民高血压防治知识知晓现状及影响因素分析

Awareness and influencing factors of knowledge about hypertension prevention and treatment among elderly residents in community

目的调查湘潭市社区老年居民高血压病防治知识知晓现状及影响因素,为提高社区老年居民健康状况提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对864名湘潭市社区老年居民进行高血压防治知识及影响因素问卷调查。结果社区老年居民总体高血压防治知识知晓率低,为55.56%(480人);社区老年居民获取高血压防治知识的路径主要是通过宣传栏为62.04%(536人),其次是网络34.26%(296人)、健康讲座31.48%(272人)、亲朋好友24.07%(208人)和医护宣教23.15%(200人);文化程度、有无高血压和有无参与健康管理是社区老年居民高血压防治知识知晓的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论应进一步加强本市社区老年居民高血压防治知识的健康教育,并根据老年居民特征和文化程度,采取多元化教育路径,从而提高社区老年居民的健康教育依存性,促进社区健康。

Objective To investigate awareness and influencing factors of knowledge about hypertension prevention and treatment among elderly residents in communities of Xiangtan city,and to provide evidence for improving hypertension health literacy in elderly residents.Methods A random sample method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 864 elderly residents in ten communities of Xiangtan city.Results The awareness rate of hypertension prevention and treatment among the elderly residents was low 55.56%(n=480).The way for the elderly residents to acquire knowledge of hypertension prevention was mainly through the bulletin board 62.04%(n=536),followed by the network 34.26%(n=296),health lectures 31.48%(n=272),relatives and friends 24.07%(n=208)and medical education channels 23.15%(n=200).Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,presence or absence of hypertension and participation in health management were the influencing factors for awareness of knowledge about hypertension prevention and treatment in community elderly residents(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education on hypertension prevention and treatment among community elderly residents should be further strengthened.According to the characteristics and cultural level of the elderly residents,a diversified educational path should be adopted to improve the health education dependence of the elderly residents in the community and promote community health.
